      Brewed using local ingredients to Kyoto, Japan, this Junmai sake has a fruity aroma and a fresh, sweet, medium body. With a fruit-like flavor, it is clean and crisp with a slight umami aftertaste. You've made it this far now give it a try!

      Suggested Serving Temperature: 40-60 Degrees Farenheit or Over Ice

      Sake is a fermented alcoholic beverage made of rice. While some call it rice wine, sake is actually not wine at all.

      The process of brewing sake is more similar to that of brewing beer. But unlike beer, which often includes hops, rice is the only grain used in a true sake.

      3 oz Sake High!
      .5 oz Lime Juice
      4 oz Ginger Beer
      2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
      Garnish Mint
      Steps
      1 Combine Sake High! and lime juice in a shaker, add ice.
      2 Shake well and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
      3 Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel, mint, and two dashes of Aromatic bitters
